Wild Kitchen x Ballerina Farm at the 2026 Oakley Rodeo

The Wild Kitchen team had the pleasure of returning to the 91st Annual Oakley Rodeo, cooking for five incredible days of celebration, community, and rodeo tradition in collaboration with Ballerina Farm and their Ballerina Farm Store. Serving over 3,000 guests, we created a menu inspired by the flavours of the American West, featuring fire-roasted jacket potatoes with Ballerina Farm ground beef and mozzarella chili, BBQ honey peach glazed chicken, and fire-licked cabbage slaw, all cooked over open fire.
