Penfolds Dinner at Westholme

Chef Sarah Glover was invited to create a special dining experience for the Penfolds x Westholme Meat event in Beverly Hills. The evening featured a selection of dishes, including Cape Grim beef canapés, thyme-crusted ribeye roll with caramelized fig miso sauce, and a stunning 10+ tomahawk steak rack. Guests also enjoyed fresh iceberg salad, fire sourdough bread with smoky whipped butter, and a surprise dessert of fire fruit and smoked pavlova. It was a beautiful night of delicious food, fine wine, and great company.
